U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
We offer Flat Rate Priority Mail shipping for only $7 on all U.S. orders under $100. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days AFTER 2-4 business days warehouse processing time on in-stock items. All pre-order expected ship dates will be designated on the product page. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as cannot deliver will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
We know that sometimes it can be difficult ordering online because the great variety of fits and materials we offer our precious ladies. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. You are so very important to us and we want you to look and feel beautiful. With that being said, we understand that on a very rare occasion, you may need to return an item that doesn't work for you, so we want to make sure our return policy is as easy as possible
In the sad case that you must return an item, here our our guidelines. We adhere to them with all customers in all situations:
- our shipping charges, if applied to your order, will not be refunded, nor will return shipping be provided. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. A credit minus shipping if applied will be given on return eligible items when the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped. You can use anytime in the future for another purchase or pre-order.
- returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the day you received the shipment...NO EXCEPTIONS.... Any order received after the allotted time will be sent back and a reshipping fee will be charged.
- due to the limited amount of each item available, we are not able to do exchanges
- CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition to the above conditions:
- all pre-orders must be paid in full before order closing date to be included in the pre-order.
- we will ship immediately upon arrival of items. If an item's shipping date changes, we will try to keep you up to date. By pre-ordering, you accept the terms that shipping can be delayed and no refunds will be issued.
- if we find that a pre-ordered item has become unavailable, a refund will be issued promptly and customer will be notified.
- the same shipping options are available for pre-orders as regular orders. At checkout you can choose $7 flat rate or free in-store pickup.
- If you are ordering regular in-stock items with your pre-order, they will all ship when the pre-order arrives. If you wish for them to ship immediately, please do 2 separate orders.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected and no refund given.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
- use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
include your order number, your first and last name, and the item description.
Customer service will reach out to you within 48 hours.
• it is not necessary to contact us to initiate a return.
• returns must be post marked within 10 days of the date you receive your shipment.
• returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice or return form included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving a refund.
**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Your e gift card credit will be initiated as soon as we receive your returned item. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the return process has begun. Please allow 7 days for processing.
